Hey guys, need some help to f-close this specific girl.

Here's the situation.

I met this HB9 at a friends party a few weeks ago, started flirting, night ended up turning to drama, and I didn't have a chance to do much with her.

Since then, she has started living with our mutual friend. The guy is a real cock block against me with this girl, he has the hots for her, he is real clingy to her (picture the gay male best friend type,) however he cant seem to do anything and has now been friend zoned which left the door open for me.

I have been hanging out with her for around a week now, took her to a few pubs, activities ect, we've been kissing and flirting behind our friends back to avoid the drama. Last night I went with her to a club, and our mutual friend tagged along. He left way early when he got too jealous to stick around after I put the moves on this girl, and too nervous to talk to anyone else. Had a good time grinding with this girl, took her back to our mutual friends place, got her into bed and were getting down, however due to the alcohol I wasn't able to perform.

Woke up in the morning, still getting IOI's from her, however our friend did not give me any time to make up for last night, so went home and left her there with the mutual friend.

So here lies my problem, I know she is not looking for anything serious, neither am I, we are just friends right now, and seeing how it goes. I am not sure how to get the F-Close from here, our friend is always at the house, so hard to isolate there, and my place would be just as hard.

I'm a long time lurker here, can usually find the right information when I do need help and I'm pretty confident in most situations, however I haven't run into this situation before. I don't really want to take her out much more until I know I can get the F-Close, otherwise I risk seeming clingy, and unable to escalate, which in my experience is the quickest way to get friend-zoned. Do I take her out again and go through the same routine? Should I just go to her house, try to isolate and Kino escalate, do I leave it for a few days, get her missing me? Basically looking for some advice on the best way to handle this situation, get the girl into the sack, and see where we go from there.

Sorry about such a long post guys, but any advice would be seriously appreciated right now.
