So there are a couple girls where things go good, they seemed hooked, I get the number and when trying to time bridge they can't do the day you suggest and don't know when they are free. I say, "I'll text you and we'll figure it out", and they agree. Usually I'll invite them to whatever a couple times, (sometimes "lets do this" or "come with me while I do this"), and they'll text back that they're busy. I will invite them to whatever for a 3rd or 4th time and they won't text me back.
Does it eventually kill attraction to keep suggesting hang-outs when they're busy?

And also should you switch up the day2 plan each different time? Sometimes I like to switch it up and suggest different things for freshness. Also is it a good idea to sometimes text something fun or whatever instead of setting up a day2, again to break things up? I feel like asking the same thing without results can be kinda dumb.

But yea, what are the different ways to deal w this if Im not already doing it?

She is too busy but you can bet the house on it, if avicii or Swedish house mafia was in town, viip passes, suddenly, her fake cold and lame excuses would disappear. Tyler made a video last week on women, girlfriend or wife that suddenly don't fuck their man. They dont get wet for him or care to get his sperm any more.

The truth homie is she doesn't care for you or want your sperms. Her time goes to where she sees value. Quit while your ahead. Go out and continue until you meet women that will see you.
