I had a really good time with this girl on a 1st date on Wednesday. I gave her a call on saturday and she picked up immediately. I told her of this really great bar I went to the night before and that we should go sometime. She sounded excited about that. She asked what I was doing tonight and I just said just a low key night. I invited her to salsa dancing monday, which she wasnt really feeling. She admitted that she had never done it and thought she would feel weird. I didnt do a great job of selling it. But we left the conversation that plans are "tentative" for Monday. I don't really like having tentative plans. How can I cancel with her or make it so she would commit to a more reliable plan another day. |

So heres how it played out folks: I decide to cancel on monday not really giving her a reason but promising something epic if we reschedule. She agreed to hear it and was totally liked the idea saying Hell yes. Well today rolled around and we were supposed when we were supposed to meet up, I text her something pretty witty "hey XXX blah blah meet you are XX at 7" She doesnt respond till 3 and she says "Sugar Lips! I have bad news; now I believe her since her schedule is ridiculous. However she didnt offer to try another day. It is hard to make plans with her since her schedule is so tentative. How do I move forward from this? |

I think it still won't hurt to ask. Hit her up casually tomorrow without wanting to make plans, and find out when she's free. Make sure you book your date night, and tell her it'll be a surprise where you're going to take her. In the meantime think of someplace to take her, or! Brush up on your cooking skills, and bring her back to your place. Have dinner prepared, and just have a good night. Throw a movie on, and get close on the couch. Don't get cold feet though, or all that hard work, and preparation will be for nothing. Let me know how this situation goes! Making plans is always difficult because everybody's schedule is inflexible now a days, but if you're determined, and persistent everything will work out perfectly. |
