I've recently been trying to work on making friends with more girls instead of just hitting on all the girls I meet (in hopes that this will expand my girl network; I'm in college). So I'll meet girls at a party/class/wherever, get their numbers, and text them saying hey what's up or long time no see how have you been. Then after a short text convo I'll say we should meet up for lunch or coffee sometime and catch up. So far after this point the girls don't respond or flake out on the meet up. Any ways to get more solid appearances? Thanks |

You're definitely on the right track. Make all those girlfriends but then having something fun for them to do. If you're just trying to friend zone them then ask them out on what appears to be a date, it won't work most of the time. Instead, make friends with the girls and try to throw a fun party. Girls just wanna have fun. True statement. Text them with something fun in mind. Not just a coffee meetup. Good luck man, sounds like you're doing it right. |

The reason girls don't respond is because they know they'll show up somewhere and it will be just you and you will start trying to come on to them and they'll be expected to put out otherwise reject you and make an awkward situation for everyone involved. So the way to prevent that is to not give them the impression that this is what they can expect if they meet up with you. |

Yeah, i have the same problem. Last two girls that i know theyre into me, but they dont want to go on a date! We are texting and texting, flirting over text. She says she wants to go on a date, but she makes excuses. Im pissed, but i realize i dont have a lot of experience and i made normal newbie mistakes. I get it, im still learning. Can someone give me advice about this problem? It would really help guys. How do a make enough comfort so they want to go on a date with me? |
