First, breathe.
Second, don't get all your self-esteem from validation. That's a huge part of this process. We don't go after women so we can feel better about who we are. You need to feel good about yourself no matter what. Rejection shouldn't be the "I am awesome meter". You need to have that on your own. Once you do, the ladies come pouring in, because they can smell the confidence.
Third, if a girl tells you to ring her the next day, do it. The problem with this community is that I believe we rely too much on games and the focus on a linear path of what to do next. You need to be able to get off the path and improvise. It's not common a girl will always tell you to ring her the next day, but when she does, that means she's attracted so DO IT. Who knows what may have happened to her but on first guess she may have been upset you waited another day to call her. Or maybe she's out of town now and you missed your chance to call her and that's why she said call her the next day. Either way, the point is, you'll never know exactly what's going on.
Fourth, wait another week to text her. Text her again and say this:
"Hey troublemaker
It's been a crazy week for me, how've you been?"This has a chance of getting her back in and showing you're not affected. If still no response, drop it, and keep going out. Meet more women and practice day 2's.
