Idk if anyone else gets this but I get all worked up over calling a girl even though im comfortable talking to her and having fun face to face .. any ways to overcome? Or just call and stop being a wimp? |

I did this one technique in the past to get over phone anxiety. By the way, I know how it can feel freaking out while calling a girl you really like. Back when I really started building game I'd get numbers for some of the women of my ultimate dreams and be amazed that I actually got her number. Letter when I'd call I'd be scared shitless. So I developed a trick. Call a couple friends first. Call a few of your friends that you really like and feel comfortable with and talk for a few minutes. It's important you lead the conversation while talking. It really is a warm-up for your phone call. I don't know about you, but when I go gaming at a bar or club it takes a few approaches to get into the right mood and social head space. A phone call can very much be the same thing. Just take the same fun, social state you're in with your friends on the phone and immediately call the girl. |
