| Post subject: | Should I go for the D2? |
This girl came into where I work and I number closed her Saturday. Anyway we have had some light texting neither of us is quick to respond. What I want to do is invite her sailing today as it came up and I think it would be a great opportunity to talk and isolate her. Here are the last few messages: HB: So what does 'John Walker' do in his spare time? Me: I wish I had such a thing as spare time but recently I've been sailing when I get the chance. Ever been? HB: Not sailing exactly. But I have been on a boat! Really deep water is mildly frightening to me. (What I should have said next was 'Well would you like to come with me tomorrow. And don't worry Ill protect you from falling over So should I call her and invite, send another message or wait and follow the freeze out mode in the text game manual until the following day? I have to be at the docks at 2 pm today. |

Just call the girl!Comfort her fears with your carful sailing skills, and your willingness to teach her! I would advise staying in site of the shoreline, at least untill significant comfort has been built. |

She'll probably flake since it is your first D2 and it's on such a short notice. BUT this shouldn't be a reason not to try. Just keep it simple. Here's what I would do... Call her, tell her you are going sailing and she can come if she wants. Make it clear to her that you are going anyway, whether she is coming with you or not. If she tells she can't come (because of a lack of time, which I understand since it is on such short notice), playfully tease her that she is refusing because she is afraid and use the "don't worry I'll protect you..." line. She'll want to prove that she is not afraid and will come with you another time. Plan it right away. |

She said she had to work commenting that shes jealous now that I'll be sailing and she's stuck inside. However she said she wanted to get together soon. Went to lock her down for a date but she didn't go for it, unsure of her schedule was what I felt was implied. Possibly a future flake im guessing but hey maybe I'll close here in the next week or two. I'll let you know and thankyou both for the help! |

Well not only did I close but I am now in a relationship with her. She knows about PUA and has even offered to help me continue gaming seeming ok with a open relationship. I'm not going to press the issue though because I don't want her to think that the lifestyle is all I'm about. |

Wow there must have been a lot of things that happened between the "come sailing with me" attempt, and now your in a "open-relationship" with her. POST ABOUT IT BRO! |
