Hey I'm really sorry but I don't think tonight is gonna work :/ i'm sort of grounded this week and it's just been really busy lately. I do want to hang out though.. So can I let you know when it's a good day for me?

I take it you weren't into the twix plan... disappointing haha seriously though you for sure can let me know a day that works for you

no I thought the twix plan was perfect :) but okay I will!

She's not interested bro. We gave you this advice last time, we told you this is what was going to happen.

Don't think about it too much because it will just make your life harder. Go hit on some other girls and don't worry about this one too much.

Completely agree with Samex but since my video is buffering I'll kill some time with explaining what I believe you did wrong.

A girl sent me pretty much the same message on Sunday. She flaked last minute. Migrain was her excuse. I replied with. She ended the text with maybe we see each other next week.

I sent her a picture of me and my baby sisters playing wii (which was what I was doing at the time) and wrote that I would be having wii night with my baby sisters. I then implied that I probably wouldn't want to see her again.

Two days later she texted me asking if I was free the next day. No flake, good first date.

You told her to get back to you. That is not good, you gave her the position of power. Usually women don't chase guys in that way

Im not going to put much more if anything into this but why does she keep saying she wants to hang out? I did not ask her yet she always says she still wants to hang out. this is the part keeping me confused. I think she may be nervous

I think she is reluctant. The hang out part is because she is to insecure to dump you completely.

I might be wrong ofcourse

The tone of her messages says she's interested. She truly is just having logistical problems at the moment. Show patience.

I think she's interested but for whatever reason is struggling to act on it. I think she's expecting a text from me and then may be down to hang out. I haven't heard from her in three weeks and know she's gonna be out of town next week.
She may contact me when she gets back and realizes I'm not going to contact her. Idk iv put it behind me and am gonna play my other options out, if she contacts me I think I'm gonna tell her I have to floss my dogs teeth or something

It's your job to act on it and bring the relationship forward. Furthermore, try calling her to ask her out, to make her feel special. For all she knows, you could be texting 10 other girls to dates. Maybe that's why she only says she wants to hang, because she doesn't feel appreciated.

Only text a girl if you actually don't have the time or interest to spend on her

It's been over a month and she just texted me asking if it was me she saw somewhere. I didn't think I'd hear from her again and was not gonna text her first. This is an i0i right?

Just tell her that it wasn't you that she saw, but that she should see you on *enter a convenient day here* to have a drink. If she comes up with another excuse that she cant come, call her out on it! Make her realise that you want to go do something with her and that you dont accept this flaking.

People keep saying call her out. How exactly?
Hey if you wanna hang out let's hang out if you don't quit making up excuses and say so

Idk how to do it without it being weird

Just try your best to imagine what you would like to see. Hard if you haven't received a variety of messages varying in tone from funny to spiteful, from lighthearted to needy/depressing, from carefree and confident, to reactive and insecure. But that's why you try, to learn.

You got to make a joke about it - it's a game to you. So you send a message first like the other poster said, about meeting up - get to the point, no problems.

IF she does flake out again, say something like um...

"Okay you can stop being mysterious now, it's been X months already lol - are you just nervous?"

"lol - if you keep this up I'm gonna forget what you look like! What's up?"

Something like that. Don't copy me - I'm not you, and I'm not in that situation. Hopefully you get enough of an idea from this to come up with something yourself.

Don't try to be smart, don't make a guilt trip out of it, and definitly don't sound needy. You really have to be carefree and also - making an attempt to understand her. That was the pattern I was using there (instinctively)

The response you are trying to illicit is... yeah "Calling her out on it" or rather - addressing the issue head on but only because it's obviuos, you're still positive about it, you're just wondering what's up.
