Known this girl for almost a month now and have hung out 3-4 times w/ things escalating every time. I pussed out and didn't F-close last weekend but we fooled around both nights. She texts me all the time and I've been trying to keep it lowish key but I could eventually see a relationship with this girl. Simple question: She just texted me "I'm so sick. Thanks again! |

Oops forgot to mention I already knew she was sick. She mentioned something about getting sick yesterday. Definitely over-thinking it I'm sure. I was just curious as to what an alpha guy would say in a spot like this since I'm usually too eager to try and "help" in some way. |

If she's sick, then, she's sick. Their is nothing alpha to say. |

Just me over-thinking as always. Thanks. I really need to work on getting outside my own head. I ended up saying pretty much the lamest most AFC thing ever: "Wish I was there to make you feel better". I know I know... |

Nah dude, thats not AFC at all. As a matter of fact, seeing that its true she's sick, you'll probably gain some points with her for showing a little compassion. Don't let the pickup mentality keep you from shoving all your emotions aside. We're human, not robots. |

Thanks Vietnam. I'm glad you said that because I feel like trying to be too cocky/funny all the time is maybe getting me in trouble as well. We've been talking long enough where I shouldn't have to be gaming all the time right? |

Unless she's your girlfriend or you guys have sex, you shouldn't stop gaming her, but it isn't required in every conversation you have with her to be cocky/funny or run routines or whatever you do. |

Right. Moderation is key here, you gotta understand that having a normal conversation with a girl is just as important as running game on her. But there has to be a balance between the two. Sometimes I get caught up in the whole gaming/c&f routines too, and I need to take a step back to check myself.
