well, right off the top of my head there are 2 way to do this....sober ways atleast.
1-Go in there, and don't expect to get her number. get that thought out of your head. just go in there with the mental attitude that you're in a chipper mood and you feel like talking. start talkin to her about anything man. try to stay away from work cause i garuntee 90% of the chodes that go in there start talkin bout how they like caramel on everything. no shit man, caramels awesome! anyways, go in there being open and chipper, and say what comes into your mind, when it comes into your mind. be spontaneous and say what she isn't expecting to hear.
2-you said this girl was a 9. go up to a total of (5) 5-6's and talk about anything. what they are doing, the opinion opener, the "my friend and his ex live together, do you think they can still date other ppl" opener, or just talk about what magazine they have or what they are wearing. Then, by the time you go into this coffee shop to steal the prize, you're warmed up and you've gotten responses (if you've done it right) from all the 5/6's that u've talk to all day, thus boosting your ego and confidence to take what's yours.
