When approaching a girl/girls you get rejected it happens. My philosophy which gets me through rejection. I just say to myself "im a great guy I have friends and family that love me, I generally get on well with people this is her loss as she doesnt get to find out how great I am and what I have to offer." This just clears my head puts me back in a great mood and keeps the confidence flowing. |

Best way deal with it is not to let it mess with your reality. Work on your inner game. Problem with using techiques is you become desensitized to it after awhile, so it will not keep working. |

if it works for you, no problem :0 Everyone gets a rejection once in a while. That is part of the game: you win some, you lose some  When I approach a girl within 3 seconds, I already won. When I have a good convo where I can practise my PUA-skills, that is bonus. When I get a number (or even a FB), that is extra. WHen I kiss her, that is good! But when I get rejected, I don't get affected anymore. It is NOT me, it is her! I just open another set. It is that simple
