Post subject:  Class at a gym?

I was thinking of joining a class at a gym during the summer. For the obvious reasons of getting healthier, but since their are alot of hot women at the gym where i go to i figure it would be a good opener. Any tips or advice?

Post subject:  Soft Approach

First rule.. Never approach if they are in the middle of a training session. eg. If she's on the treadmill wait till she gets off and looking to change machines.

But obviously to every rule there is an exception. If she is running on the treadmill next to you & smiling and making eye contact - just ask what she is listening to or what pace she's runing at so you can catch up (in a funny way).

For me the best time and place to approach is on the sit up mats. Simply ask for help & ideas.. tell her you are new to this. Most girls would be flattered to teach. Plus you should even get the bonus kino.

Then you can close with meeting up for a date.. depending on what you've been able to gather she enjoys doing from the conversation you've had with her.

Personally I always close with a specific date, time and place for our first date - this is because I am what you guys call a 'natural'. But I am always looking to learn and try to help where I can. Depending on your level or expertise you should close with a date. I just hate all the texting and calling hassle to arrange a time. I'm too busy for that right now. Hope this helps bud.

Post subject:  Soft Approach explained

Oh and in relation to approach.. I say try to make at least a two second eye contact. If she holds eye contact for that long and reluctantly looks away you're half way there. Secondly smile.. it portrays confidence and a fun persona. Girls love that. If she smiles back then you can use any of the approaches I listed above. I call this the soft approach. Sorry I should have explained this in my earlier post.
