Dude, I don't mean any disrespect by this, but I REALLY don't think you should be giving advice if you don't have real world experience. There is a HUGE difference between knowing a bunch of stuff that you read about pick-up and actually being able to apply it. And if you don't have real world experience, there is a big chance that you will steer people wrong with the advice you give them, even if you have the best of intentions. I don't have much in-field experience The more you get out in the field you will understand what I'm talking about. There is a very high chance that you will often give people misguided advice that sounds good in theory but isn't actually very applicable. In order to actually give good advice you have to understand the whole learning process from first-hand experience.
Feel free to share ideas and brainstorm, but don't give these guys advice as if it's coming from a knowledgeable source, when you haven't really been in field.
