It's pretty much what 60 years challenge explains - holding eye contact, smiling, and not talking much - that's seduction. Notice how she breaks the tension...she can't take the sexual tension and thus, looks away . I want to be able to do that when approaching, rather than saying something cocky and funny or negging her. Keeping eye contact was something I would always tend to avoid (even a few months ago) so I've started to work on it now and I gotta say, it's definitely not as easy as it looks. anyways, this is good shit!

Not necessarily, some women thinks your a creep for doing that. Attraction starts at the first 2-3 seconds. If it doesn't then that wouldn't really work at all.

as a woman i really believe that eye contact is a really important part of the whole process because it helps creating sexual tension, IT IS IMPORTANT NOT TO LOOK LIKE A PREVERT THOUGH you have to find a balance and the easy trick to do that is looking at her a few times, after the third time start smiling (a really kind of closed sexy smile - dont make any big ass smiles cause its creepy) and in between those looks just talk to some other people (male and female BOTH) so that your target won't think you're a prevert that is 100% focused in her and if you talk to some other females (in a friendly manner not as in i-wanna-fuck-you kind of thing) she will think that you're a good option since there are other women talking to you.

Exactly. I never give a big smile as I make eye contact...I don't wanna look like the joker. If she looks at you 3 times, it's totally on though. I know men should follow the 3 second rules, but sometimes in a bar, I'd wait for at least a second eye contact. This way, I know she's really interested. If she looks at you for the third time and you still haven't talked to her...then yes, you're slow.

Oh man, do I have a eye contact story or what.

First year of college, I am 19. In my first class.

So I scan the room for hotties and find the one I like the most. She is a thin (prob 105 lbs) natural dirty blonde with straight teeth and fair skin. Shes from Hawaii (I later learned). Anyway, I introduce myself first day of class cuz the teacher had us do that, about a week into the class I start giving her looks. I notice that the best technique is to hold just past the time of a "glance" (no science here, but lets says at least 1 full second to 2 seconds). Anyway, about a few weeks into the class I would get to the point where me and this girl would full on hold a glance with each other for like 5 full seconds, and she would crack the biggest smile. Now back when this happened, I was a total noob and just had some natural game (I was the popular hottie in high school so I have that advantage I guess.) I went to a party with her once, but I never closed the deal. (she moved back to Hawaii and got preggers so I prob saved myself anyway lol).

Point being, eye contact and being able to smile on command is fucking clutch, you need that shit. Remember that smiling on command is all about LAUGHING to yourself, your eyes will contract on the sides if your smiling for real, otherwise, you look like a fucking creeper.

It's not that hard. I practiced by just forcing myself to hold the eye contact whenever I saw a hot girl walking towards me.

Whether it comes across as creepy or not depends on the girl. If she likes the look of you, she'll thinking "OMG! That guys is looking at me! He's so hot...". She'll find it sexy. If she doesn't like you she'll be like "OMG! That guy is staring at me! What a creep!". It's a good way to figure out which girls will be attracted right off the bat.

Also when you're close and you're talking/listening, it's best to hold it about 80% of the time. If you struggle with it you just have to force yourself to do it, just the same as most other things like approaching and escalating.
