Gentlemen. This is the best,

I am 29. Good lookin fellow with years of experience and very confident. I am on stage a lot playing electric guitar so before I knew it I was getting women.
Here I tell you how I do it, then I ask a question which has been an issue with some ladies sometimes, appreciate your comments.

Opening is easy, very easy:

Here is the case:
(Please remember, the way you say it is EVERYTHING! No smile, no stupid moves or jokes, imagine you are talking to a guy)

Just walk to the girl (make sure she is NOT in rush or havinga serious chat to someone)
Me:Hey how are you? I am Dan, what is your name?
Her:aaaah, I am ooooh

Me: Are you local oooh?
Her:Yes

Me: Great I live in ..., its very close to here.
Her:A thats nice place.

Me: oooh, I am in a bit of a rush I have to go back to the office, but I would like to see you again sometime and have a cup of coffee with you later. Here, put your number in my phone and I will text you later or tomorrow we will catch up.

With a little bit of flexiblilty, this works 90% of the times.

The failure rate of this sort of approaching is about 10%. Why?

This is my question. No matter how well I play, it is usually hard for a woman to trust a guy in 30 seconds and give him her number. How would you pros improve this technique and gain her trust in such a short time?

Nobody ever reaches 100%, so you should be extremely happy about 90% (which is huge) already.

Well; for that 10% of falure, I can see it in their eyes that it is ONLY trust issue, you know, no matter how good, I am still "some stranger guy".
I love to hear what Carlos or Sinn would say about that.

Mate the fact that youre a musician already gives you extra breathing space. I dont see it working with everyone, seeing as you dont evoke any feeling of interest or sexuality towards the girl. Granted if the girls already head over heels(or some other appropriate term) then yeah maybe.

If youre looking to score a friend, yeah this may work with the hotter girls. But to get the girl? Nah mate, I dont see it working overly well. Well, granted if youre rather sexual towards guys in your speech, then yeah you may score big time.... hopefully you get my reasoning here.

Try extending the time from 30secs into 1 minute, the one line you pulled was more straight to the point with no rapport.

@ Energy I agree with Ay-Jay
I find this very AFCish, although imo its not about wining the noble prize for smooth talking.
For me its about having fun with the girl while I pick them up

Rather than just asking her general questions about herself and where she lives. I would use the biggest tool you have and make them work for me. And say something to this effect.

Me:"Hey girl, I couldn't help but noticed you while I was on stage playing my guitar. I was in fact just telling my band members that having some attractive ladies to help promote our band and spark new ideas would greatly improve our image. How would you and your friends feel about getting together and running through some ideas? I think your input would really be appreciated. "

This does a couple of things for you. And provides you with good information.

1. You have showed that you are of higher value from the start by telling her you one of the rock players of your band. And what girl doesn't like band players and maybe the chance to actually claim you as theirs' for bragging rights to other hoes. She will practically throw you her digits or it won't be very hard to ask for hers at this point. The subject about throwing ideas around later is just a smoke screen that you may or may not continue with once she bites and they are actually with you. The objective of meeting up later and exchanging numbers has been met already. Including her friends in this meet-up makes it that much more easier for her to feel comfortable and it gives you a chance to maybe pickup one of her other friends if she doesn't really fit your liking and you see something better. It actually takes out that "stranger factor feeling"

2. If she not interested in you or your band, she will shut you down right there. No need to waste anymore time on her or her friends. So why even force the number? She may not even be into Rock or whatever you guys are playing. Why even waste more time mixing oil with water. Asking her to just put a number in your phone to a girl in this example will be pointless. And makes the "stranger factor even louder".

This is a 100% loss or 100% win. There is no 90% or 10% of anything.
