Whenever someone gives you eye contact, no matter if they are male, female, old, young, simply say hi and give them a smile. If you get yourself in the habit of doing this a promise you that your AA will go away. You will literally walk around saying hi to hundreds of people a day and it will become a habit to open up every person you see. Hope this helps! |

I find myself getting eye contact with a lot of girls, but they quickly look away.Maybe they're just interested in what I'm wearing (I think I stand out among the sweatpants-wearing guys at my college). |

The way I see it is if they give you eye contact, it is a direct invitation to open them. Period. |
