Almost every night before we head downtown, the crew and myself head over to a local town bar to warm up (get a stiff drink for cheap). A few weeks ago, I noticed a little brunette, 7.5+, playing pool with another of equal value. The shot she was about to take looked rather difficult, I walked over and calmly SH: "if you miss you owe me one shot" LB: "And if I make it you'll buy me one?" SH: "you might convince me" *slight grin* Needless to say, she missed the shot, escorted me to the bar, and purchased me whatever I wanted. I have tested this line 3 times since then, and have found that the outcome is very predictable. Not only does it demonstrate assertiveness and confidence but for those that believe in hoop theory it also applies rather well (although it's an opener). I don't know if openers get any easier, so newbies please feel free to use this (just make sure to fill me in on how it went). |

ahah.. i've heard a lot of stuff.. but that seems right.. i might test it when the opportunity arises openers like this are really simple... and truth is.. they work!! ~Smile |

But how to follow it up? Do you simply rethread with a completely new routine? Fluff for a little bit? Tell a story? Make sure you have something ready to shotgun here, or you'll get your drink and get blown out. |

(This work for me cus im a nice pool player, not a pro but ok) You can go with routine and when you go to the bar , that was an easy shot, (show her how to do it : something like , first hit the white from the right side and then .... ) - This work also as a neg. then you can say lets play a game ( play some pool with her ) and tell a story when you were at the bar and everybody was fighting .... then go to next routine. This have work with me... Just my 2 cents
