Post subject:  How to pick up girls at a gym?

So basically I go to this small community gym, and there is usually like 5 or 6 girls there at a time. Some of the the girls there I see pretty regularly, they are about HB 7's and 9's. There are even some MILFS here too, but most of the girl are are around my age 18-22.

My question is how do I approach in the gym?

I would treat it just like any other daytime PU, But you need to be subtle, you don't want to be known as " That guy who tried to hit on me" try to make conversation about the present moment, hope this helps a little im sure the guru's on here will be able to give some good advise,

I would say yes, especially if you have a wing. I.e.-

"Me and my buddy over there were debating.... etc. etc."

I would not recommend the -who lies more- opener at a gym. People are there to work out and you're disrupting their schedule/program. If you gotta open, open with a relevant topic about work outs, different programs to follow etc.

After that, it's easier to transition into something more fun (like the -who lies more- opener, etc).

When I'm in the gym, my favourite opener is simply "So what's on the schedule today?". Think about it, it's perfect. You'll get them talking about themselves, which is great. It won't bother them in their program too much since it's their program you're talking about. It's a perfectly legitimate question to ask when in a gym, I mean if someone came up and started asking me about "who lies more" etc etc I'd be really annoyed, I don't want to talk to random ppl about that kind of stuff when I'm working out. Another thing you can do is ask someone to spot for you when you're benchpressing or whatever. Also if someone else is benchpressing, you can ask them if they need a spotter, most people will say yes and then they'll be sure to return the favour.

It's called a "spotter" not a "watcher". But yeah quite like the whats on the schedule opener. You can always go onto other opinion openers later on.

If you were cycling next to her, I would try and joke around a bit. Say something like Hey wanna have a race and then start peddling faster.

That way you create and opportunity for conversation.

If she says yes, Then great you say "awesome! loser fills the winners water bottle"

If she says no, OK you didn't seem like the competitive type. ......then ask another question ....hope this helps
