Hi guys, I'm so annoyed with myself. Lately I have got myself back into shape, lost my spots amnd generally improved my appearence. Tonight I went out with a friend and started to have fun in a club and a HB8 and HB7 approached and started to dance near us. Then a guy came over and started to dance with the girls and they walked around and started dancing the opposite side to us.. walked away from the guy completely and came towards me so I asked "Girls are you off to Smack tonight, and why is the queue so big tonight?" They responded with a random answer and I couldnt take it further.. And then me n my my friend went upstairs and 2 more girls started to dance with me and I didn't know what to do... I'm so pissed off that I didn't take these further but I don't know what to do and i'm shy... |

Hey man, I'm still very new to this as well, but this is one tip that is important: Start to frame your experiences differently in your mind. "Framing" is basically describing how you feel about something, or how you react to something. So, you described your night out and framed your reaction this way: Quote: I'm so pissed off that I didn't take these further but I don't know what to do and i'm shy..
Instead, say this to yourselfI am attractive enough to get good looking girls interested in me. I got some experience talking to them tonight, but realized that I did not know what to say to them. But that will come with experience, and I am happy that I got a small portion of that experience tonight. There is your new frame. Don't EVER be down on yourself. The game is 100% learning experiences, and this was just one of them. |

Don't be mad, at least you took a shot. I ALWAYS have shit like that happen in dance clubs. You're so much better off just dancing with a girl, kinoing the hell out of her, and hoping she invites you to the bar to get a drink with her or outside to smoke. Or if you want to be proactive, you can try to get her off the dance floor, but a girl isn't likely to choose you over dancing. You can only run verbal game when you get her away from the dancing. Instead of asking a girl where she's going (which makes you a stalker), you should just outright say, "Hey, I'm going to ____, come with me." If she makes an excuse, give her your number and there's still a chance she'll text you when she gets bored and ask where you ended up. Also, you end up with an easy number close. You might try lurking outside the club, that's where a lot of conversation and closing tends to happen. I've known guys that just roll in at closing time to pick up the girls that didn't get closed. |
