| Post subject: | Breakfast Opener |
SO I went for a 6 mile run this morning, because I am training for a marathon. I get back to the dorms and I am swinging on the swing set outside when a 8.5 and a 6.5 walk by on the way to eat breakfast. I work my way towards the cafeteria as well. I end up sitting at table behind them trying to come up with something to say or at least make eye contact. I could not come up with anything! What would be one of the proper ways to handle this type of set. By the way I was sweaty and not the freshest smelling person from the run I just did , which did not add to my confidence. Please be gentle, for I am new to this, and for some I know this maybe a silly question. |

on a very basic thought process, you could have waited to go into the cafeteria until they already had their food and sat. then, go get your breakfast and just ask if you could sit with them.... |
