Say you are standing in front of a HB in line at the grocery store checkout. I think opening can be easily done by asking simple questions about some of the things she's buying. But how would you # close in such a short period of time? Wouldn't it be really awkward/creepy to wait for her to finish checking out after you check out all your items? (say you need to talk to her longer to build comfort)
