Hey Forum, I haven't posted anything in a while, my apologies, but I've been busy with some relationship stuff, and school. Now I'm back to square one, so I've got to start rebuilding myself all over again. Anyways, I found a thread on the internet that I found useful to help clear your mind from negative thoughts. The most admirable trait of any person is confidence, and to get confident you need to develop a natural form of 'antivirus' for your brain so that you can control what your brain registers. If theres something that you don't like, like an insult, you block it out of your head to keep the negative thoughts from effecting you.
