| Post subject: | Alone at a single's party |
So I have entrance to a Valentine's Graduate Student Single's Party. Basically, this is like a late birthday present considering there will be hundreds of single cute, successful girls in a nice location. And as an added bonus from what I am told it's mostly girls that go to these single's events. Now I would punch myself if I couldn't make this a great fucking night, but I have a little problem: I am an undergraduate student and unless the TAs I message respond back to me I will be going alone. This would be the first time I literally don't now anybody. Are there any threads (I'm bad at search?) you guys know about lone night game? Alternately, any particular suggestions for single's parties? How do you open a set casually when there is an near-explicit assumption you're hitting on them or trying to get their attention by doing so? Hope everybody else has a great weekend as well |

OK since it's a singles party just play natural game. Meaning don't used canned openers and such unless you have your own or your a natural PUA already. The girls there are obviously there looking to meet a good guy so that is already working for you. That said just be more of yourself but the key here is to minimize AA (anxiety) and have confidence, just reveal your confident side. I'd try to come up with a funny joke or something about V day or being single in general as an opener. Or something similar. Try to save the "what do you do, where are you from" until after 3 to 5 min of conversation and you already broke the ice enough AND you get positive IOI's. I say that because every other guy there will probably start off like. "hi, how are you?" "my name is..." "so what do you do?" "where do you live at?" ect. Be original! Also try some of the routines after you further established the conversation like ESP ("think of a number between 1 and 10, was it 3?") (carrot game: what's 5+1, 10-4,..think of a vegtable...was it a carrot?) ect. Try to find ones your comfortable with and you can do naturally and not make it appear canned. something that will engage her and challenge her (like 10+ minutes into the convo) If there is dancing involved I personally save that stuff till the later part of the dance while dancing. Don't forget the Kino! If your dancing that will help the kino! if not try to use kino in some of your routines like the "trust test". Being as natural and confident here is key since you want to reveal as much of your good qualities as possible since the single women are there to meet men. So with that said just remember the basics if you forget everything else that is Always establish eye contact and make sure you gaze..not stare. Smile if she notices you. Stand straight, look straight, don't slouch and look down. Don't cross your arms. Speak in a good voice tone meaning from your chest, not your head. You should feel it in your chest. Try to be flirtatious. If not that familiar google how to flirt on ehow.com or something. Hope I helped. Please do reply back telling me how it went. |

theres no difference with lone game, because after the first couple of sets you'll have a bunch of safety sets, and friends to hang with |

It turned out less than I expected, surprisingly low turnout being the major concern. So it was just talking, trying out some new material (it all went well), dancing, and being handed cards with numbers and vulgar offers of sex acts from people I didn't desire it from Thanks for the advice though, I think it will be worth considering if I ever go to another party alone again. |
