Post subject:  Cops story
Well I was at a party last night and it was going pretty good until the cops showed up outside. Everyone that was there either had to go in the basment or upstairs. There was about 5 of us downstairs playing madden. Then my friend was talkin to the cop outside and then I guess he persuaded my friend to let him in...I was pissed off so when he let him in I met him in the kitchen and looked at him and said "You got a warrent?" :lol: he claiming he didnt need shit and I said to him again "You need a warrent" then he claiming he didnt need shit if it was my house I could of kicked him out right there but then he said I was pissin him off he pushed me and my friends are like chill chill Marc...He was askin where the beer was then my friend said in the fridge :shock:
The officer wanted to talk to me before he left i walked in the kitchen and he said I was pissin him off earlier I said "Im sorry I know my rights" I guess that pissed him off more and he claimed i didnt know shit and my friends were like chill to me again. Im like "Ok i dont know shit officer"....He left then everyone came out they were like what happend. One of my friends that was downstairs was tellin my whole story to ppl.
He was tellin it a little more hardcore adding a couple fucks and yelling lol
but as soon as he told my story I caught like 7 or 8 girls IOI me they were all around 8 or 9s but long story short I didnt go up to them cause i didnt have a wing.

Dammit man, I have huge AA but even I know that when you get social proof /interest like this the women will open YOU, their friends will probably be into it too, you don't need a wing.
No worries though. From what I've been seeing on the forum you'll get a lot of this effect once you get more into PU and get a lot of social proof.

I call shenanigans - first of all if he is invited by someone who has custody or ownership of the property he doesn't need a warrant. Even if a married person says yes and one says no to allowing the officer to enter - the yes outweighs the no, regardless of legal standing of the couple.

If he has probable cause he doesn't need a warrant. All he needs is either a complaint, or the smell of alcohol with the appearance of underage participants. Run a check on a plates of a car parked out front - registered to someone under 21 - probable cause.

If it was your house you could have denied him entry if he requested - if he said well I can come back with a warrant - then you have him because if he had probable cause to get the warrant he had enough probable cause to simply come in and investigate.

Jeeze you had the guts to talk to a cop that way but couldn't talk to a woman because "you didn't have a wing"?

He thought I lived there for one. He couldnt of got probable cause for anything it doesnt matter if he smells beer what if one of there dads brought it there. You have no clue what your talking about. I could of kicked him out if it was really my house you weirdo. You know very little about your rights dude.

Dude, I worked in law enforcement for 4+ years at the FEDERAL level ok?

You would be more credible if your spelling and grammar were correct. I know my rights EXACTLY and what you think you have a right to - you don't.

Doesn't matter if a "Dad" brought the beer - he (the officer) has probable cause to believe underage people may be consuming. That is all he needs to enter the residence and check. BTW - if "Dad" brings/buys or makes the beer - doesn't matter - even if you tell him "dad" brought it - that's still illegal and thus you mentioning that - probable cause that "dad" is supplying alcohol to a minor or contributing to the delinquency of a minor - giving the officer the right to enter the residence and investigate.

You do have a 4th amendment right to right to "unreasonable search and seizure" - key word being "unreasonable".

A military career and general life experience had my BS meter finely tuned and your grandstanding about telling a cop "Where is your warrant" but not having the balls to talk to a woman due to lack of a wing? Trips that meter mightily.

He had no probable cause thats the reason we didnt get any tickets. Me saying "Do you have a warrent?" and them him not issuing one is a violation of the federal rights. I never said I didnt talk to any girls I said when he told the story i didnt approach the set.....and i dont use proper grammer to piss ppl off like you who care about my grammer. and duck just because your a mall cop really doesnt mean shit to me.

They turned on madden to throw the cop off which it did he thought everyone left....and duck just because your a mall cop really doesnt mean shit to me.

I will type slower - probable cause is only needed to investigate without a warrant. Whether or not you got a ticket is called officer's discretion.

They are not combined.

You spouting off about talking to a cop doesn't mean shit to me either but these kids here (and you obviously are one) deserve better than some bullshit artist like you. (albeit a poor one)

The 4th amendment provides for both the search and seizure. You can do one or the other, do not have to do both.

Your lack of basic spelling and grammar is indicative of a lack of understanding of the judicial process.

I might also add that in most states if people are going in and out of a house party without knocking and being let it, it becomes a "public entrance" and cops can walk right in without asking.
