Opening on a packed bus during rush hour?

Post subject:  Opening on a packed bus during rush hour?
Have you guys tried opening when it's really packed on the bus? Ie whole bus is silent and anything any1 says ppl will eavedrop.

If so, any tips?

I just got into the game,but I have done it twice already.
First was a "best friend broke up with my best girl friend" opener.
Worked good,she leaned in to hear what I was saying,smiled,gave me eye contact,other people didn't care.But,I got to my sticking point...transitioning :(

Second time was "Damn,I hate when it is crowded..I am always afraid of some old lady grabbing my ass".I got a laugh from her,talked a bit,but her friends got on the bus on next station and cut me off.
