dude, its all good. you work in a store, id open chicks at my taco bell all the time. a simple "hey, how you doing?" is fine. if you get any iod's or whatever, youre just "being friendly towards the customer" anyways, right?

I work in a fairly big shopping centre so I constantly see hot girls behind the counters or good looking girls that walk around the store I work in. Any ideas on how I can approach either a girl that is working or a customer in my record shop? Thanks JsnRs |

Its what best for YOUR style mate, As in dont say something thats not in your style. Im the cheeky guy, so when a customer brings something to me; id be like, "haha, you serious about this? ......" Pause Theyll look confused and ask whats up, Id then reply how the items not what i woulda thought fits in with their lifestyle. e.g. if its a dress etc, id be like this blue seems way out your coolness radar. Just mess with their head and make them prove their worthy of the item back to you. Bit of cat and mouse would do it for me. I always stress that the girl shall barely remeber how u opened up if you show her a good time in the next 5 minutes. |

just keep being the salesman while working on these girls, you can also ask what they are searching for- of course they know what they are searching for - so before they ''say no thanks im looking around'', say that she is a popular musician, guitar player or something or looks like that musician etc if she says who is that? then reply some hardcore metal artist just say something on the oppisite of her looks....... just be creative if you work in a music/record shop then use openers like this. if you work in a fashion store you talk about fashion. specific stores already tell you which things the target is interested in. |

I would not advise opening customers due to the fact your manager or somebody might not like it and try to get you fired or what not ... but anyway if you want to I would advise making fun of whatever they are buying in a sense of humor sort, and work off that ... and maybe try to relate with whatever there buying for example if its a michael jackson cd (r.i.p) then say ooooh your too young to know about michael jackson put that back ... LOL ... then they will laugh and say no but really its a shame he died and such and such ... get into a convosation about that and just try to keep moving the topic, but do it in a quick not boring manner ... and rap it up like well get me your number maybe we can go have some coffee and have more of a convosation about michael jackson ....

I work as a wireless consultant and I always hit on hot girls coming in. My manager does not care. It just about being professional and flirty at the same time. Kino is a MUST!!!! make her laugh too. I neg her phone choice or when im explaining something to her I touch or hold her arm. |

This is exactly what I am talking about ... but some managers aren't to fond about you overinteracting with customers or flirting, they think this is a business not your personal life ... and some manager could get overly anger about kino, not wanting to have a lawsuit put against there business ... nowadays you can get sue for sexual harrassment easy as 123 .... I neg her phone choice or when im explaining something to her I touch or hold her arm.

I neg her phone choice or when im explaining something to her I touch or hold her arm. 1. youre not just doing your job and ignorng the quite obvious customer right beside you. 2. youre disarming a potential robber. yes, thats what the videos say lol. if you show an interaction, a potential robber wont think of you all as just some robots that are easy to steal from. 3. youre showing a friendly basis and inviting the customer back. but of course, you have other intentions. if you manage to escalate and transition, more power to you. i guess i have it lucky, working at fast food demands you interact with customers, and more than just "how can i help you?" |
