lets face it. im a shy guy. if im in a pub/club/any sort of alcholhol in me i can talk to anyone and become their best friend. when im sober im shy/awkward/tongue tied. it sucks i dont want to rely on liquid courage. how do i overcome that? |

I would start by doing it less drunk, then tipsy then sober. |

I wud go to a bar where I know I wudn't go always and then practise talkin. That way I know that even if I screw up I wouldnt come here on a regualr basis and hence have nothin to loose. IN reality it dosent make a difference but you need to get out of your head space for real. |
