| Post subject: | Pick Ups at the Train Station = Good Idea? |
Is it a good idea to try to pick a girl up at the train station or on the train? There are tons of HBs in the stations and on the trains but if you have to stay on the train for a long time it could get awkward if it backfires and such. What do you guys think? I live in Japan and this is where I see the most HBs but the culture here is a little different. Nobody talks on trains at all unless they know people but I am wondering if I should break their habits. Thoughts? |

You know.. the culture over at my side is the same, I live in Singapore and well.. my advice is to just follow the 3 seconds rule but of course, you should try to have a rough idea how you're gonna do the opener. My favourite's the observational opener where you noticed somethin and just ask about it. The trick is to look calm and casual when you ask. I reckon it'd be easier at train platforms though.. Its depends on where your from and culture Where I come from in Australia I see nothing wrong with train game but when a train is packed people could probably hear your conversation which makes it harder. Best Idea is to try it and see |

I'm from Malaysia and people in the train are the same as your country... In my opinion, it's best to approach her at the station, NOT in the train since there are many people in the train who have nothing to do but looking around and listening to others conversations!! hehe so that the girl will be nervous if she sees people are looking at her or listening to her conversation with you... |

I think this is a good way to open a LONE HB. Just type something amusing or C&F on your phone and nudge HB and show it to her. Proceed with routine from there. *This is a good way too if she has her iPod on. If she takes off her earphones could be an IOI. |

DO IT. Japan is diffrent. They love americans because of how we are. I'm trying to say they like talking but dont japan is like the most shy place anywhere. You just gata do it. |
