Hey guys, Im in univ and I met this girl last semester in class, we chat a bit during the class time, getting to know each other.. I found out that we have different major and we have no same classes beside the one from last semester. During last semester,I spoke to her couple times when we bumped around the hallway. About a month ago, beginning of new semester,we bumped again and talked for a little bit because she was in a rush to go to class.. I need to have an excuse to get her to spend time with me.. I dont have her number and the only way I can do that is when we bump into each other the next time.. The next time I see her, Im gonna talk and ask what she's up to and then ( I have to assume the situation is that she is in a rush to go to class, because thats always happened) and I'm gonna be like : me : its too bad we never have chance to spend more time together ( Im hoping that she will respond in the same manner ) her : ya i know bla bla ( if she responded in the way I hoped she would, I would right away ask her number by : ) me : u know what, me and my friends are going to bla bla to buy dress shoes.. maybe u should come by at help us choose b/c we dont have a good taste.. and by this time, I would hand over my cell phone and tell her that she should gimme her number.. I'm gonna use style's shoe shooping plan to arrange for meeting.. It was between that plan or using the same way but seeding the conversation with a coffee meeting... what do u guys think ? any other ideas would be greatly appreciated thanks |

How about instead of leaving it up to her and assuming she's the one you have to hurry for make her hurry for you.. Put a false time constraint in.. bump into her say Hey! long time no see but I caught you at the wrong time I've really got to get to [somewhere]. So I suggest we continue this conversation.. Any suggestions? -Her: Either phone number, E-mail, or a date set. -- You: You're a peach, see ya around. (you can drop the peach part) haha |

You:"Hey how are you? I would love to talk but I'm late for class. Maybe we can met up after and hang out." Her:"Sure." You:"Cool whats your number?" BTW I would stay away from using negs on yourself too much. The idea is to show off your good side not the bad one. |

thanks for the ideas so u guys are suggesting a direct intention instead of an implied one then ? Im just thinking that she wont be comfortable giving me her number if I directly show my intention another obstacle is that she usually walks with a guy friend that i dont know... so what do I do ? thx |

don't say you have bad tastes....DLV....just mod it a little to "I could use a female opinion" or something along those lines. |
