say there is a really nice blonde in a bar or at a party your at...ive come up with a opener but i think it needs abit of Work ME :Hey i cudnt help but notice your blonde hair, its really bright where did u have it done. SHE : blah blah got it done ___________ ME : oo nice i got a joke for ya, it might apply to you..How do you measure a blondes IQ SHE : Dunno ME : with a tyre gauge ( if she laughs and goes thats mean, then you say ) ME : Ahh dont worry it obv doesnt apply to you because you know what a tyre guage is ( If she goes whats a tyre gauge? ) ME : Point proven, lets see if you can redeem yourself with this one whats the first four words every guy hates when having sex SHE : Dunno ME : is it in yet. She : Haha very funny. ME : oo the look on your face, it looks asif youve sed it to one of your ex's or maybe your boyfriend? Anyways not sure how to carry it on, any suggestions. |

Please don't use these. I really don't have a suggestion to fix it but to go back to the drawing board. The blonde opener with having her hair done isn't too bad. The blonde jokes aren't a good idea. |

ahh dam...which openers wud u say r the best, so i can see if i can formulate my own... im very erm..scientific i like to analyse something that has been done before then create something of my own. |

Wow, you sound just like me. You see I am very analytical. I guess my mom being a banker and my father being an accountant has something to do with it. I like to analyze things and figure out why, how they work. So I know exactly what you mean.1 problem though. There really is no such thing as the best openers. Sure someone can list a bunch of different ones from some pickup guru or their own and they might work out okay. I have found through experimentation it doesn't matter what you use. I have seen posts with guys opening with crazy thinks like "Can I pee in your butt" while laughing, to what I used was "frozen turkey" just because it's out of place. What I found was with the right about of enthuisiasm, smile, and body language almost every set opened anyways. It was one of my first big "Ah ha" moments. I mispoke a bit earlier. If you are in the right frame of mind, smiling, and that sort of thing you can pretty much say anything. It's just in how you convey it. If you use the opener you created and do it in a very playful half laughing as you say it manner it'll probably work. If you do it with a serious look on your face and not smiling it's going to come across the worng way. That's why I said I wouldn't use it. Knowing you are likely just starting out my suggestion was based on the idea you might not be calibrated to this idea yet, and might get blown off. I think you can see what I mean. I hope this saves you a lot of time and anguish in tearing openers apart. Any questions you can always PM me. |

Your opener is not great, but is ok. It will probably never work in a night club, but in daygame, it could work. You should have a default opener in case you can't find anything situational. Your followup is really bad. As previously said, get rid of the jokes. It looks try-hard. Replace the joke by some playful teasing, it's great for attraction. |

ok kwl thanks for the advise..im not confident enough for physical teasing..but at partys n stuff after i got past the approach, normally get past it with the help of one of my mates...i just go with it, i dont actually plan and it always seems to work however i want to be abit more structured because one of these days i can see me hitting a brick wall and not knowing what to do |
