This is something I have been experimenting with a bit even before I found out about all this PUA magic. I guess it works like and opener/neg if done right. Depending on the reaction from the girl. Let's say you're at a party or some other occasion when you greet new people by shaking their hand. When the target shakes your hand you can either: 1. Comment on her handshake (Hard: "Wow, that was the manliest shake I've ever got!" Soft: "Damn, you better work on that handshake if you wanna make it big!"). The purpose here being to neg her instantly and get her attention. 2. Present yourself with a girls name, in most cases the girl will stop and say something like "Excuse me, what did you say?", in which case you go into explaining how people usually don't listen to what people say whilst greeting you, since they know that they won't be able to remember it at a large gathering anyway. If she doesn't ask about the fact that you called yourself "Stephanie", you can always neg her by saying "Wow, you're kind of self-involved aren't you?". Which in most cases leads to the girl trying to prove to you that she's not. I really want inputs and suggestions on this, since it's not waterproof. Is it good, is it bad? What can be altered to make it better? |

I really want some More info on this too, i'd like to know if neg opener's actually work or does it depend on the person your saying it to like if the girl is a shy type she might just like walk away anyway Helpin you Boost this thread up haha |

one thing you can do is instead of doing a hand shake do something creative like hitting the rock. It breaks the mode of thought and will instantly make you stand out. You can even come up with handshakes that help create a bond between you two and helps kino. |

I've been looking into the instant neg upon opening and have generally found it's all based on the delivery which I'm sure is plainly obvious, if you use a C&F approach with a cheeky smile you can earn points for your brashness, but mess it up and you're coming across as a complete jerk. I've been successful lately since improving my inner and outer game, but back in the day of being an AFC it was a complete failure. You know the rules guys, if you neg, make sure it's a negative compliment and not something insulting or will cause offence. Say it in a light hearted tone with the right body langauge, eye contact and smile. As for the handshake, if you want to try something different and build kino straight away, try going with the handshake then goign straight into a game of thumb wars, and make sure you win in order to lead into a neg. |

A buddy of mine who has some mad natural game once picked up a woman (Hb8), married her 2 weeks later and then divorced her a few months after that (I'm pretty sure there was some strings attached to this as he never gave a fuck about the marriage) with this line. "What are you doing besides sitting here and thinking about how ugly you are" He F-closed her that night. |

That woman wouldn't have been Britney Spears by any chances was it? The pieces seem to fit together. I haven't witnesssed or heard of any instant negs leading to anything as yet. I've seen, heard and used direct openers with a compliment, or SOI (state of intention) which have worked wonders., but neg. openers? Hmm....anyhow as I stated previously, I'm going to be testing the waters soon, will report back with my findings. |

Yeah that's kind of what I was going for, most girls don't get too offended when negging on their handshake since it's not something that reflects her femininity, but rather her lack of social etiquette/experience.

I heard that scratching someones wrist with your index finger while shaking hands is an sign for "Sex?" and if the other person rubs the area between your index finger and thumb with their own thumb, that means "Yes". So if nothing else this is a fun fact and a topic starter that could be used for initiating a conversation right upon meeting the target.
