Came up with an easy way of dealing with approach anxiety. It needs some practice but it works, well it does 4 me. I call it 44s Hit n Run. Heres how i do it. 1st go to a place where chicks pass by frequently or where u will pass them. 2ndly, wen u get there just HIT them with any line that reflects something positive about them. U could say stuff like, 'hey, nice shoes/ cool t-shirt/ u should keep that hairstyle. Neva complement her on her beauty. The 3rd step is very important. Its where u just walk pass her or have her walk pass u without waiting 4 her 2 respond. Its where u RUN. This way u dont have 2 worry about her shutting u down. U will b amazed at how many chicks will actually say something back 2 u and it will always b something positive. Keep doing the hit and run until u r comfortable wit it. Then wen uv done it enuf times, u can start to throw in an opener if a chick responded well to your hit. Thats my Hit and Run. Im using it 2 get over my approach anxiety. Wat do u think? |

Running away to avoid getting shut down is pretty weak and won't do you any favours in the long run. Rejection, negative comments... you must learn that these things mean nothing, and hiding from them isn't gonna teach you this. What you're doing is good though, it gets you approaching easily because you're focusing on the approach rather than specific results. You geta buzz from doing that, it boosts your confidence and gets you in a talkative mood so that when you see a girl you wanna chat up properly, there's no hesitation. You're doing good, and you're absolutely right about the feedback being mostly positive. Girls aren't scary, they're nice. |
