I have gone from a complete AFC to just an AFC
(kinda proud of the achievements I have made in a short time.... but its not good enough!!!!I have gone for the situational appraoch and praticed by trying open everyone I come into contact with!!! Ive tried to gain eye contact with as many people as I can just to say hi (and get over that fear of opening people). I can usually find somthing to say...BUT there some times I cant come up with anything and need some canned stuff!!!!!
Please post a good selection of material and your thoughts!!!! there are many like me who need this help
