I think the first thing people on this forum should know is that...
FEAR NEVER GOES AWAY...
and it doesn't have to.
Courage means to ACT even though you are afraid. It doesn't mean to not have any fear at all.
The process of BEING AFRAID... starts is a sequence 0%...10%...30%...100% (the more you get closer to doing what you're afraid the more afraid you are)
The process of GETTING RELAXED is also a sequence 0%...10%...30%...100% (the bolder you are in facing your fears the less power they have over you, the less hesitation you have, the more relaxed you get)
So the most important thing here is to, TAKE ACTION right away, even if your heart is pounding... and you will find that because you've faced your fear, and told her honestly I LIKE YOU... I WOULD LIKE TO GET TO KNOW YOU... she will give you a smile... and then after you grab a chair to talk to her you will get even more RELAXED...
And you will finally be able to connect with her, YOU AND HER... no routines, no game... just connecting, the people you are, naturally, simply!
The more you go throught this process of taking action even though you're afraid the easier it gets to do...
There's no magical pill to cure fear, that substitutes experience...
But your decision to ACT, and ACCEPT YOUR FEAR and DO IT ANYWAY... is yours and yours only... in that split second...
But that split seconds makes a whole lot of a difference...
