Ever been called “hun” ,“sweetie”, etc. by a female bartender, stripper, or any hot woman for that matter? This is no good. In psychology this is parent/child communication. She’s talking down to you like a parent talks to a child. Anytime a girl calls me one of those names I’ll reply back by calling her a nickname that normally only men call other men, which usually makes her feel uncomfortable for calling me sweetie or whatever.

"What's up bro!"
"Thanks man!"
"You too dude!"

Or, my absolute favorite…sarcastically say, “Thanks mom!"


Does anyone have any good field-tested responses of their own?

If I get any of those comments from a girl, I either neg her or become a complete smart ass in return. It usually catches the girl off guard.

good stuff but id only do this to an HB in a hired-gun position like a stripper or bartender.. i use 'man' and 'dude' as a form of punishment whenever i get an unfavorable response from an HB [e.g. she negs or mocks me etc]. question: would u use this if a regular HB that u were gaming called u 'hun', 'sweetie' etc? cuz she could just be trying to flirt with u..

If its a hired gun tell her to get you something, then say 'goood girl' when she returns. Or just say 'sweetie? what am I your baby sister?... fetch me your manager, Im getting you fired.'

You may want to think about that one. Besides my biological mom, I got 6 other "moms". Mostly from saying that line to them when they called me one of the words mention above. :wink:

If you want a girl to be interested in you, and you think there is already some level of attraction there, this line will get her thinking about you more! There was this guy I liked and we flirted a lot and then he called me kiddo one time and it made me want to prove to him that I am not his little sis or some kid. Sooo from my experience, this line annoyed me a bit but it def worked for him because it made me want to show him I was interested in him in more than a friendly way.

i love the 'hey kiddo' line, it works awesome! but as for the whole sweety and hun thing, its not always bad, i know a few girls that say stuff like that all the time with everybody, its a little annoying. But dont always assume their taking on a mothering role (some are! just saying its not always)
my two pieces, i had a girlfriend like this and it annoyed the hell out of me, so this piece stuck out haha

Sometimes I get Sweetie or Hun from women I know but aren't actively sarging. I've notice that some women use it as an IOI and for others it's just habit, like saying dude or man for us.
