I'm lost. I do know that the covo I posted is boring but since I'm so shy and unconfident I don't know how to be charming or attractive.

Like I said I even looked away from those who looked at me. I didn't know what to do. I feel so scared to stop a girl who's walking to say anything to her. Or even if she's not walking for that matter!

Can you help me with some advice

I suffer from scarcity mindset. NEVER picked up a girl on the street, mall, grocery store, etc.
I never go out to bars or clubs or anything. I don't have any friends either.

I only meet women through acquaintances and rarely at work. On average I meet a woman once a year!

So tonight after work I went to the mall for the first time ever (for a purpose other than shopping)

I saw a lot of girls. Some looked at me others didn't. I was so fucking awkward and uncofident that I looked away from the few that looked at me.

I'm so unconfident around woman that are total strangers.

The only "approach" I made was going to an employee at a phone store and asking her where I could get my phone screen fixed.

Me: Are you French?
Her: What?
Me: Are you French? You sound like you're French.
Her: no, I'm from spain. Anyway you go that way there's a store bla blah...
Me: Spain! Can you give me the directions in Spanish?
Her: no thank you.
Me: ok. Thank you.

And she wasn't even hot! Maybe a 6 or below!

Anyway I'm really willing to help myself. I'm tired of being the shy unconfident guy that I am.

I'm 6'1" 190 lbs kind of fit and average looking.

Please tell me how I could have handled tonight and what I will need to do in the future.

Any advice is highly appreciated.

Start going to bars and clubs to practise. That's where the girls are and they're there to meet guys for the most part.

Can you help me with some advice Say hello and introduce yourself and then learn how to read the reaction. She's going to react one of three ways: Positively, negatively, or unsure of how to respond. Let the negative ones go...you're just wasting your time with them. If they respond positively or unsure just be normal. Don't worry about trying to be impressive or exciting because that's all subjective to their opinons of thing...just ask them about what they are doing or comment on what they are doing. When they respond all you have to do is piggyback on what they're talking about and try to get an opinion about it out of them. Once you start getting opinions out of them, that's where you start spinning compliments that tell them that you find them attractive and then take the conversation back to being normal. Doing this will keep you from too much of a gamey type of guy and being a guy that's constantly trying to keep her impressed. Basic thing to remember is that girls know why you are talking to them. If you don't express attraction for her then she has no reason to keep talking to you and they wonder why you didn't pull the trigger.
