Yes it does.. Do the research.

Now if you are a guy that was already good with women then i doesn't matter. Ultimately confidence will win. While I don't rap, I have the confidence to pick up a girl even if I fapped 100 times prior. This is just my mindset. But as a beginner, as a guy just starting out, it would be better to refrain until you get your confidence and social skill set in order

Sperm is cerebral spinal fluid. Its brain matter. Losing too much semen will drain you and depress you. It will also deplete your ability to know "what to say" when talking to women. The brain capacity won't be at the level necessary to be as successful as you could be.

No effect on my game but I've been doing this several years and have a very high lay count.

Sometimes I prefer fapping to seeing a regular because the fapping is time efficient.

In the early days, not fapping was supposed to inspire running sets longer and opening more. I just found I got more honey and frustrated, adding more pressure didn't help at all.

Only issue with fapping too much is that you may last excessively long in bed with a chick, which is cool at first but gets annoying when you've been going for over an hour and your cardio is giving out. Til recently, the only exercise I had was sleeping with girls.

It's better to hit on the "Why" of why you are approaching the women to be inspired to hit on more women. It may be to talk to the woman or the reason may be more abstract, like trying to become the best version of yourself.
