Need your help experts! So I sent this girl that I went to college with a message on FB, she is an 8 but I remember that she was insecured a few years ago and by now she is even hotter! Anyway I sent her a message saying I'm gonna be in the city for the weekend, let's catch up and hang out! She got excited because I haven't seen her since we graduated 3 years ago, and said that I should come sooner. I told her that I might not make this weekend because I'm on call for my job but I have the weekend after off and will see her then. She seemed happy Now last night she sent me a message saying "Are you seeing anyone right now? And where are you staying ?" What would be a good response to that ? I was seeing a couple of girls but I'm not right now, so I don't want to tell her I'm not seeing anyone and sound like a loser! Note: she had a crush on me in college but I was seeing her friend |

There's no reason not to answer honestly, in my opinion. Of she's insecure, as you say, it'll probably help your cause. As opposed to telling her your seeing 3 girls and coming off as a big player which would raise her guard. |

I agree with previous guys. It's ok to be single. It's not like if you are single you are a loser. Get rid of that mindset. |

I am in agreement. Being honest is fine. If you wanted to explain some of your goals to her it might paint in her mind the illusion of some type of ambition as well. There is nothing wrong with being single especially when ambition is involved. |

This might have already passed but for future looky loo's. Am I seeing anyone? 'Yeah you silly! And I planned on staying on your couch if you can promise to keep your hands off me. Besides back massages and couch surfing what are good friends for?' Couch surfing and girl talk. Couch surfing and liquor store robberies. etc etc Cocky funny, direct opener, IDK but that's a typical saying for me and if it flows somewhat natural for you it's a way to go. |

You don't have to lie dude. Just be cryptic, but honest. Make a statement and let her figure it out for herself. For example" " My boss. Work is killing me lol " |
