So I have approach anxiety and there is this perfect girl that eyes me whenever I'm around, I just can't build up the nerve to go strike conversation with her, or don't even really know what to say for that matter. I'm good looking, but I just can't find it in myself to approach her need some advice, how to get in the right mindset and come off as chill and confident. What do I say? How long should I carry on the conversation? |

Quote: there is this perfect girl This is your first mistake. This girl is not perfect nor close to being perfect. Get her off of that level and make her human just like you are so she can have the priviledge of your time.

Get her off of that level and make her human just like you are so she can have the priviledge of your time.also if you want to start talking to her and you see her regularly you might want to start off really small to get her to notice you like a general compliment (not on any of her physical looks) or any functional problem you might be having such as asking where something is. do this enough times and it builds a psychological phenomenon called "mirror exposure" which is when you see something more than 3 times you start to feel comfortable around it, you feel like the person is no longer a stranger but an acquaintance or a friend. for this to work you don't even need to talk to the person they just need to see you. mix is social proof and pre-selection and friend, you are perceived as attractive! |
