So I have a friend but not like my old friends that I know for months and years I know her for like a month and a half and I met her twice. She's amazing in every way and she's exactly my type and I really don't know how to get her to be with me without ruining the friendship that has alreasy been built. I have built some physical and intellectual connection and comfort as well and I'm pretty sure she's interested to I just don't wanna fuck it up.

You are coming at this a very messed up way. I'll try to explain but I'm not sure it will help you any.

One of the most pivotal lessons in Pickup is that you shouldn't put girls up on pedestals and that you need to learn to be good with many women so that when you meet a girl that hits all of your criteria, you are prepared to pick her up and make her yours.

1. You are saying that this girl is amazing in every way even though you've met her twice. She isn't amazing in every way. Fact. You are hung up on her for whatever reason. Get that shit out of your head. She's just a girl. She might be very blessed and have attractive features, a good sense of humor, maybe she's bright and bubbly just like you like your girls, but she still farts, her shit still stinks, she doesn't look like an angel when she wipes all her make up off and feels bloated during her period etc. You have to be realistic. You don't know this girl very well, and if you want to get to know her romantically, the worst thing you can do is approach her from the angle that she is perfect and you are just some guy that would do anything just to be in her presence.

2. You say you've built a physical and intellectual connection. Please ellaborate. You feel as though you don't want to mess up this "friendship" but the idea is you shouldn't have been "friends" in the first place. You should have flirted with her the moment you knew you were attracted to her. You should have been touching her the first time you met either through long hugs, high fives, put your arm around her etc.

My advice to you is to flirt with this girl and ask her out but to not be needy or clingy while doing so. But meanwhile you should be going out and talking to other girls. Get a few girls that you talk with, flirt with, have sex with so that you aren't exerting all your energy on this one. When and if you seduce her and want to build a relationship with her, you can cut off the other girls.
