Yeah either ignore it and continue the convo like normal or say something cheeky back. Like "You don't have to hide it, you're a little smitten by me" and then continue with normal small talk, etc. Either way, don't worry too much about it. If she likes you, she will be receptive, if she doesn't she won't...it won't matter what you say for the most part. It's mostly a cynic comment, which (depending on the context) might as well convey: "I've seen so many guys try and hit on me, I'm not really impressed by the idea of romance anymore."
