Hey guys

I met this girl in a club. Dont really remember much of what happened cos I was drunk.
Thats what I recall. Me and my friend bumped on a group of girls. Had a small talk with her and then with her friends and then we went out for a smoke. While we were outside they started separating from us most probably we did a bad job at building comfort. Then I walked to her and told her ' Can you come for a moment with me I would like to have a small chat with you?' She was being a bit nervous I noticed. But then she came after I told her that it wont be long. Then I told her 'I like you, and I like your tattoo. You are with your friends and I am with my friend so I dont want to spoil your night or my friends so I would like to take you out one day. Did some kino then I said
Do you have a bf?' she said no
I asked for her number, and I called it and asked her to take her phone out to check if it was the right one.
Then I told her talk to you tomorrow and left. She smiled and we parted.

I called her the next day in the afternoon and she didnt reply and then I texted her after a couple of hours.
She didnt reply yet.

What I texted was ' Hey how you doing? Enjoying your Melbourne Cup day ?'

So what do you guys think I should text her again and comment about the tattoo or just let it go?
Did I do something wrong? What do you think text or call first? Maybe I should spent some more time with her before leaving? It was quick it didnt last more than 15-20 mins the whole scene

she wasn't feeling it. taking her away from her friends to talk? saying you like her when you just met her? calling and then texting, and now thinking you should text again? lol you gotta read up buddy.

Nope, she gave you her number because it was easier than rejecting you on the spot.

If she replies to that text, wonderful... But don't count on it... And I wouldn't send a follow-up, either.

Move on.

these guys are right, women will consistently give there number away just because it is easier and less awkward than shutting you down. You came across a little needy and the fact that you were pretty drunk probably didn’t help either. You didn’t spark attraction in her an therefor she doesn’t have interest in texting a guy she barely know.

Just learn from it and improve from it! That’s all you can ask for man.

Thanks for all the advice guys :)

Improving my knowledge and skill is the reason why I posted here. I didnt want to text her again but I was just wondering if there is any chance.

Usually I text, had someone here at my place and he was like call her, girls like to talk etc. Well my bad shouldnt have listened to him. Texting first has worked flawlessly for me so far!!!! Most probably its all .

Unfortunately I have to say it is over.

First mistake going to a bar trying to get anything more than a one night stand that night.
Second mistake: getting drunk. A little is good but too much is very bad.
Third mistake: calling her the day after
Forth mistake: texting her after you call her

She could have been drunk too and not really interested. She was probably hung over the next day and wouldn't want to talk and if she did pick up your conversation probably wouldn't have gone well. By texting after calling you have given the impression that you are needy.

Cut your losses learn from your mistakes and move on
