Post subject:  Forcing Emotions?

I tend to force myself to not feel any negative emotion like fear or anger. Is this good for game, and why?

Not sure how you do that. I'm guessing what you mean is that you are feeling those things, but you try not to show it. And by the fact that you're posting, I'm guessing also that you are not having success with this practice.
What I would say is that rather than trying not to show emotions, or 'faking' happiness or being excited, to truly believe that you are not afraid and are happy/excited. Because there is no reason to be fearful in social situations, and every reason to be happy.
Hope this helps.

I believe it's best to show your emotions, at least to some extent. Not just the positive ones.
Because then it's easier to deal with all that stuff. When you completely hide a part of yourself it's always hard to be authentic and to deal with that what you hide.

You need to accept yourself and be what you are. That is the best way in the long term.
