How would you guys open girls who are generally more shy and reserved? Meaning if you jump in front of them and come in with high energy level, they would probably flinch and try to run away.

You've got it! Your energy level has to be relatively the same as the group you're opening, or slightly higher. With a reserved set, though, it's much easier to take control of the group. I wouldn't recommend C&F, but I agree with the post above me. Push and pull should do the trick. Make those shy girls come out of their shell and chase after you a bit!

Usually I push pull through C&F, is there a way to do it without being cocky funny?

It's not that difficult. Singapore is infested with foreigners, including Chinese girls who've migrated to enjoy the high life. They're not too difficult if you poke the right buttons. It reminds me of a proverb. All girls are good, until they've met me. Think like that and push and pull and you'll have them!

Rinse and repeat. It still comes off as a joke, but I don't categorize that as C&F. You might try some of Gambler's stealth attraction techniques if you're looking to try something new.

You can open a girl with a low pleasant energy. Those girls usually have family values. Use that to your advantage and use push pull like its told above.
