Post subject:  would the dance floor be a bad idea for opening?
i went to this club about two weeks ago and i was drunk so my confidence was through the roof so i didnt even think about or even applied any sort of thought out Pickup.

my friend and I just walk in like a night at the roxbury and start asking random girls to dance, alot of them would and it was freak dancing :D , but nothing escalated from there.

i feel that if i would have talked to a few of the girls maybe i could have gotten something out of it, maybe, maybe not.

i was wondering if there was any certain rule on going straight to the dance floor and dancing with the girls.

yea, i heard that the dance floor isn't a good place to start but at the same time, girls love guys that can dance...
personal preference i guess.?.?

It's been said that the dance floor is a TRAP! Stay away from it if you are serious about gaming the set/girl. Think about it: They are there to have a good time and get "freaky" with no strings attached. Also, even if you are just trying to dance with her, there is a strategic manuver that her little friend circle likes to pull to LOCK YOU OUT (If you have ever read the College Humor's Guide to College then you know lol) It's done in a joking fashion but I've seen it happen. You could use the dancefloor to KINO ESCALATE but if and only if you have HOOKED the set first. I still wouldn't recomend it though. You really don't have any chance of moving forward towards comfort phase. Many of these dance floor girls have ADPGD: ATTENTION DEFICIT PARTY GIRL DISORDER!!! Besides, who are you giving the value to (prematurely) if you approach and start dancing with THEM? It's not like they came over to your spot and started dancing on you! They are just attention whores for the most part so let them have their fun. There are plenty of better sets around if you just open your eyes.
