Out of the oven opener, wingman that looks like Harry from 1D needed "Hey, Do you think my friend looks like Harry from One Direction" Yes, No, etc Because when One direction came to the city girls where crying from meeting him at the mall. Wing: It was crazy I just felt horrible to teld them I was not the guy. Stack up, deffinately don't keep talking about One direction because One direction is kind of gay. Add stuff like: We didn't know who they were or what they looked like. Bonus: Are you cool? P |

I guess it will work Girls seem to be obsessed about Harry Style at the moment. Your transition is way more important though, you don't want it to seem like you just wanted an excuse to talk to her. You- "Hey do you think my friend looks like Harry bla bla" Her- no bla bla You- cool.........so where are you from? NOOOOOOO, cringe! Direct is always better in my opinion. |

I actually have a friend that looks just like harry from 1D.. and we've used openers like this quite a few times... It's always worked as an opener, even in Croatia. WE played it off as a kind of cocky funny opener, almost like a comedy double act... so he'd say: Him: Hey you know harry styles.... (points to himself) Me: (sarcastically) Yeah.. and I'm his body guard (joke being I'm quite a skinny guy) This would always get a laugh... We'd then go onto just talking shit, keeping up the charade, and most the time they'd play along with it.. Like "do you want my autograph" "Don't get too close I know what you crazy fans are like" then we'd just transition into mid game routines etc.. Often using a photo routine... from like: "well I don't have a pen so i can't give you an autograph.. but my bodyguard will take a photo of us.." then into photo routine of us both... Yours, Yoghurt Hey, that transition thing sounds great. Transition is not just vital to this opener but to any opener (you don't want to talk all night about One direction. I tried, using the David bowie opener as a transictioner and it made wonders. Saying something like "girls are crazy for one direction but I guees that is normal. I have already seen that with Nsync, the backstreet boy and the all time boy band ZZtop. Bu do you know whats crazy? my ex-gf sister had this massive David Bowie poster on her bedroom bla bla bla. And then just keep changing the subject. P |
