This is why this forum exist, we all want to improve our interactions with women and be more confident. We are all your fellow students and there are several experienced coaches on this forum as well. Just post whatever question you have in mind or your progress and we'll give you feedback on how you should progress. Always remember that this is a step-by-step process and will need a lot of commitment on your side. It may be difficult, but if you push through the pain period, you can be even better than those 'naturals' that you once admired some day.
For starters, it seems you have crippling approach anxiety (we call it AA for short), and the very first step is the overcome it. If you can't even approach anybody, don't even bother trying to attract women. This is where the Newbie Drill comes in: Just go out of your house and say hi to random strangers, be it the pretty lady down the street, the guy that is waiting for the traffic light with you or that old lady doing grocery etc. Once you can do this with relative ease, start making small talk with them. Set aside 1 hour of your time, go out and make it a mission 5 friendly and polite approaches.
