Maybe give a character to reference the energy level... like sponge bob square pants level or the fonz. |

There really isn't one level of energy that always is ideal. Listen, every situation is different. I rarely think about it, but when I do, I try to come in with slightly more energy than the group I'm talking to. Trying to slowly get them more and more engaged, more active. It could be quite easy to overdo it, trying to hard to get them to reach your level of intensity. |

Do what you feel fits. Everyone at works tells me how laid back I am and that they'd like to take on that kind of vibe. But I also do not give off a lazy, stoner vibe. I am proactive and get a lot done but do not sweat anything. I understand I will get where I need to be and get done what I need to do. |
