Girls intent on doing something: worth approaching?

Post subject:  Girls intent on doing something: worth approaching?
In your opinion, is it worth it approaching girls who are intent on doing something and seem absorbed by their activity, like for example:

-Talking on the phone;
-Seemingly in a rush/late to get somewhere;
-Walking quickly with headphones and loud music;
-Reading a magazine;
-Visibly engaged in a convo with friend
...

assuming rejection meant nothing to you the answer would clearly be yes.

However you are asking a mostly irrelevant question. Are you approaching the 20-200 girls you see each day that are not engaged in these precluded activities? If not then just focus on that and dont raise problems that can best be ignored.

However I don't see that many nice girls unluckily :)

I wouldn't approach most of them, but a woman with a magazine is like the holy grail.

1) You can use the magazine for a situational opener

2) You can easily transition, and it gives you at least a hundred different ways to tease her playfully.

3) Most women magazines are overfilled with sex related topics thus bringing up sexual stuff is ridiculously easy, and also if she is reading some of those articles she might already have sex in her mind to some extent.
