What's up guys,

Broke up with ex girlfriend last month. Starting a 30 day challenge this Monday June 24. It's not really about her as it is about me improving and developing myself. It's also about facing fear head on, trying new things and living fully in the present. I'm really excited to start this journey.

Any tips, mindset to have are welecome! I watched Julien's Manifest...I love that thing.

Rules to challenge:
1) Record each day with blog articles, videos and photos.
2) I will remain sober throughout the entire challenge.
3) If I skip a day then I have to start over.
4) Each interaction must be at least 2 minutes for it to count.
5) Have fun, live it up, and most the most of each interaction.
6) All interactions with the women will be real and honest.

***update Questions and Challenges

I've successfully approached about 45 women in the last 4 days. I'm learning so much it's insane. I'm having good conversation and bad conversation. A lot of rejection and it feels great. And a lot of success with 9s and 10s in getting the number. Check this out.

My basic opener is,

"Hi, i saw you walking by and i'm just going to have to embarass myself and hit on you." Then go from there..

I always get a laugh and smile out of this. I can usually start off great. I'm pretty fearless so I approach almost every hot girl.

But depending on the girl, I feel like I go into 21 questions really quick which kills atraction. Some girls are just cool and it's a natural flowing conversation but some girls just don't reall say much. I still get the number sometimes but I have a very low reponse rate from the women after I initiate the first text.

What types of things would you suggest I talk about or do differently to avoid the 21 question game? (where you from, how long have you worked here, where do you go to school?..etc)

How can I increase my response rate from girls after I get the number?
I normally just say "hey what's up" the following day or two.

numbers are flaky, that's just a fact of pu but try making plans for the next day or so before you even ask for the number, then 1.) you have a reason to call her up and 2.) you have a reason to be taking the number.

as for conversational topics check out the mid game and routines section of these forums, there's some decant stuff there.

There's no way I have time to sarge every day. "Me time" is more important, picking up girls is a casual thing. Sure approaching 10 girls on a weekend in a club or on a Saturday daytime, but every day would mean I'd have no time to build an attractive lifestyle.

To me its not really the numbers that count, but the 'Quality' of those interactions
